Little early in the day for this shit...bad blues is what this can bring on...but the sun is shinin' out my window and I'm not babysittin' today so I'm headed to Bill's...but I've had a run in with one of our Blogstream "wonders"...I'm not in much of a mood...so...pick myself up, dust myself off...flip her the bird and head on down the road... ...I don't know about the rest of you but I got enough on my plate to worry to much about chicken shits or their kind....actin' ignorant is a choice... ...I'm waitin ' for my Katiebug to come in..(5)...she is signin' up for dance!!! granny is so happy...been a long standin' tradition in my family to "shake a wicked leg"...so the beat goes on....I hope little Thomas gets in on it too...he turned three over the week-end...got a firm grip on my heart...oldest daughter bought a motorcycle ...I guess she is gonna ride the damn thing...sent me an e-mail of it last night...been a LONG time since I was on the back of a bike....come through the moutains of east Tennessee on the back of a Harley with a two inch belt drive...I had that ole boy by the hair of the head....he hollared over his shoulder.."don't kill the driver"...big ole boy...he slide his bike under a wagon and got killed...been a long time ago now...that was my last ride and can't say I've missed it much....I guess I wasn't cut out to be a "biker babe" ..no..I'm more Loretta Lynn..."I like my lovin' done country style"...oh hell yeah..well kids...the crowd just walked in and everyone is talkin' at once...oh HAPPY DAY I love you all...have a great day and I'll catch ya tonight...pay no mind to the music...I'm outta here... Just wanted to come in and see what's up in this end of town..we have had gloomy skys all day...I've done nothin' much...pick up around the house...I was thinkin' about Bessie Smith...the gal that sang that song.. "Aggravatin' Papa"...I was readin' her music ...I loved a bunch of them...how many " Aggravatin' Papa's" they are ALL like that...thats why we love em...anyway ...while I was thinkin' about it I remembered an old one called "Cilli Dippin' Momma"...all I remember is..."I'm a chilli dippin' momma down from Chille town...I got the hottest dipper that has ever been found"....I laughed...I wondered why that stuck with me all these years...anyway...since I have dail-up I'm not sure what I'm pickin up sometimes in YouTube...so I'll stick with what I know...but want to post some of Bessie Smith's Blues...I think a tune comes to your head...I love you guys and hope you have a great night..
