the relay will continue every day, 24 hours a day. Every 10 miles on the

locations will range from the side of a rural road to a convenience store to
a popular landmark in a city center. The exchange points will serve as a
station for runners to stretch and prepare to run, as well as for the runners
to meet and interact with local community members who come out to
support the Run.
